Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Pure Pristine Cleans, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scope of service

Cleaning services are provided based on the type of service selected and the condition of the property at the time of service. Extra time or additional charges may apply if the property condition materially differs from the information provided during booking.

Access and utilities

The client must ensure we have safe access to the property at the scheduled time and that the property has working water and electricity. If access is unavailable, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply.

Satisfaction and final walkthrough

To qualify for any satisfaction warranty or service-related remedy, the client must be present for a final walkthrough at the end of the cleaning appointment. Concerns raised during that walkthrough will be reviewed and, when appropriate, addressed according to our service policy.

Limitations

We do not guarantee the removal of every stain, odor, buildup, or condition caused by permanent damage, wear and tear, or prior neglect. Some results depend on the surface type, age, and condition of the property.

Payments and cancellations

Payment is due according to the terms presented during booking. Late cancellations, lockouts, or last-minute schedule changes may incur a fee.

Independent cleaners

Pure Pristine Cleans coordinates services using independent cleaning professionals and service partners. We maintain quality standards, communication, and scheduling oversight to support a consistent customer experience.

Liability

Claims for damage must be reported promptly with supporting information. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable fixtures, or normal wear and tear.
